Customer Behavior Indicators
- Customers appear controlled or scripted during interactions
- Another party speaking or acting on the customer’s behalf

- Identification documents held by someone other than the account holder
- Addresses that are P.O. boxes or commercial locations for individuals

Monitor transactions involving:
- Routes known for labor or sex trafficking
- Remittances to source countries with high trafficking prevalence
- Cross-border transactions inconsistent with customer profile

- Do not alert the customer – Maintain normal interaction
- Escalate immediately – Follow internal reporting procedures
